WP26: have you planned your itinerary yet?

Three days, seven agendas, a new symposium announced, where are you planning to be?

The Wigmore Presents team, having been inspired by the Olympics and Team GB, are gearing up for the final stretch and are looking forward to hosting you at the Royal College of Physicians in just over six weeks’ time. While, perhaps, Wigmore Presents has fewer sessions than the Winter Games, a quick peruse of the agenda might be necessary before attending; particularly as we are pleased to announce the return of the ZO Skin Health symposium on Saturday 18th April, featuring ZO’s key opinion leaders—more details to follow. The Symposium joins our Saturday talks on injectables, Tomorrow’s World—showcasing the latest innovations in aesthetics, women’s health, GLP-1 injections and aesthetics, complications, and business. That day also sees the fi rst appearance of IMAGE Skincare’s Dr Marc and Janna Ronert in the UK for the IMAGE Skincare workshop.

Friday and Sunday are equally packed, with a look towards regenerative medicine, anatomy, skincare and equipment, not to mention the BAMAN agenda, and some networking in between. See the next page to start planning your weekend…

Listening to the latest news in the industry is not just for the lecture theatres, come and meet our sponsors and exhibitors on Saturday and Sunday to fi nd out more!

PARTY LIKE IT’S 1999!
Wigmore Presents wouldn’t be Wigmore Presents without the best networking event in town—this year, we are taking you back to a time before social media, and indeed a different millennia, as (with our parents away for the weekend) we host our 90s House Party (complete with secret karaoke) at the Little Violet Door. Please come to our place just off Regent’s Street, ready to flick the cap off an alcopop and dance the night away in your Reebok classics, Kappa jackets and slip dresses, not forgetting those chokers. Curfew at midnight!

Saturday Wolfson, 10:00am
Eyes: The Mirror to the Soul
We are bringing together three specialists to explore the peri-ocular region from complementary clinical perspectives. Dr Elizabeth Hawkes, oculoplastic surgeon, will discuss the anatomical, functional, and aesthetic considerations involved in peri-ocular rejuvenation, highlighting evidence-based surgical and non-surgical approaches. Dr Tanja Phillips will present advances in laser treatments for the delicate eye area, focusing on skin quality, pigmentation, and rejuvenation outcomes. Dr Zunaid Alli will integrate his specialist clinical insights, offering a broader perspective on patient assessment and optimal treatment strategies. Together, this session provides a comprehensive, multidisciplinary approach to peri-ocular care, combining precision, safety, and artistry.

Saturday Wolfson, 11:30am
What’s in a Kiss?

Here we are examining the anatomy, function, and aesthetics of the perioral region through multiple specialist lenses. Mr James Olding will begin with a detailed overview of perioral anatomy, emphasising key maxillofacial considerations for both surgical and aesthetic interventions. Dr Emma Ravichandran will focus on soft tissue dynamics and skin quality, highlighting evidencebased approaches to perioral rejuvenation. Dr Tatyana Lapa-Enright will address patient assessment and outcomes, providing a multidisciplinary framework for optimising both functional and aesthetic results. This session delivers an integrated, specialist-led perspective on perioral care.

Saturday Council Chamber, 9:40am
Complications: What you don’t know can hurt you
This session offers a practical, multidisciplinary approach to understanding and preventing complications, combining anatomy, technique, and patient care. Emma Davies, Chair of CMAC UK will highlight her experience at the forefront of the development of the knowledge and competence in managing complications, while also empowering the raising of standards across the profession. Dr Beatriz Molina will take a broader clinical and technical view, sharing evidence-based strategies to minimise risk. Dr Max Malik will focus on the psychological impact of complications, exploring patient expectations, communication, and recovery.

Saturday Council Chamber, from 2:30pm
GLP-1 in aesthetic medicine

Our sessions exploring GLP-1 and its impact on aesthetic medicine take a balanced, clinically grounded look at one of the fastest-moving areas affecting our patients today. From the pros and cons of GLP-1 therapies to the increasingly recognised phenomenon of ‘GLP-1 face’ and beyond, as well as the psychological dimension of rapid weight loss, this series invites thoughtful discussion rather than quick conclusions. Expect practical insight into patient assessment, treatment planning and managing expectations in a changing landscape.

Sunday Wolfson, 9:40am
Anatomy Masterclass

This session brings together three world renowned experts in facial anatomy. Mr James Olding, a maxillofacial surgeon, will share surgical perspectives on facial structure and safety while Dr Simon Ravichandran, a leading fi gure in nonsurgical facial rejuvenation, will combine detailed anatomical insight with advanced aesthetic techniques. The world’s leading anatomist in the aesthetics sector, Professor Sebastian Cotofana, will be joining us live via video link later in the morning. This session will provides attendees with practical knowledge of facial layers, landmarks, and clinical applications essential for safe and effective practice.

Sunday Seligman, 11:30am
All skin is not the same: a Skin Quality Toolbox

This session brings together Professor Chris Griffi ths, Dr Claire Kiely, Dr Mary Sommerlad and Ian Vitek for a thoughtful, clinically grounded exploration of one of the most important—and often misunderstood—pillars of aesthetic medicine. This session looks beyond trends to examine true skin health, individual variation, and how advances in skincare ingredient technology are reshaping the way we assess, support and optimise skin quality. From Professor Griffi th’s look at infl ammageing, to discussions on barrier science and active formulation, the panel will focus on building a structured, evidence-based toolbox that delivers meaningful, long-term outcomes. Expect practical insight, honest conversation and pearls you can take straight back to clinic—essential for any practitioner committed to achieving natural, skin-led results.

Sunday Council Chamber, 2:30pm
Blind Date

Back by popular demand at Wigmore Presents, Blind Date returns with a fresh twist—and promises to be as insightful as it is engaging. This year, two powerhouse practitioner pairings will assess live patients and openly discuss not only how they would approach treatment, but how their partner might see things differently. Expect honest clinical reasoning, contrasting perspectives, and those invaluable ‘in-the-room’ thought processes that rarely make it to the lecture stage. A dynamic session designed to challenge, inspire and sharpen your own decision-making—and a reminder that in aesthetic medicine, there is often more than one thoughtful way to treat.
